The Film Advocacy Task Force is a task force committee within AMIA (Association of Moving Image Archivists). 

Recognizing the historical importance and stability of the film medium, the Task Force seeks to explore ways to promote, encourage and facilitate the use of motion picture film and fortify the relationship between archives and repositories and film users.
